Set custom colors for statuses in Table View

I want to see at a glance the status of all actions in a table view. Color coding statuses is most helpful so that, besides green for completed actions, I can easily track which ones are in progress, review, testing, etc.

I see this went live last night, but are there plans to separate the settings for color coding the statuses vs color coding due to due date? I want to turn off the due date colors but leave the status colors on and it does not appear that its possible to do this.
Also, I wish it were easier to find the status customizable colors. Since this is a table view feature, it does not make sense that I have to go into Status View to change the colors.

Katelin Miles: I see how to turn color coding off in Table view, but is there a place where we can apply what the OP, Winshen Liu, asked for—custom colors? We would like to be able to choose colors to highlight the row for a project that, say, hasn't yet been assigned. Is custom coloring truly now possible, or just the option to turn off the automatic coloring? If custom coloring is possible, where do we find instructions for it?

Yes, and, include the ability to toggle on/off the use of color coding entirely. Some of the teams here really really don't like the forced red color of overdue actions. They would prefer to not have any colors at all in table view.
