Better Milestone Visuals on Gantt View

Milestones: we would like to have a line going through all the project time line (from top to Bottom, as what we have for today) for every milestone

Right now my parent project has 2 projects within it, in the settings i have the gantt chart organized by Project. Is there a way to have a 2nd layer to see also the phases within each project. Under Display, we need a 2nd layer of Group by Project and then group by Phase. Also is there a way in a Gantt chart to only see Milestones?
