Backoff Dates in Project Template Rather Than Calendar Dates

Provide the ability to set Project Template dating using backoff dates from the Project due date, rather than calendar dates, similar to how the action card template works.

While project templates currently support relative due dates, they don’t adapt well when projects have different overall timelines or durations.
In contrast, action card templates allow tasks to be set as +/- days relative to a parent start and due date, which keeps them more dynamically aligned regardless of timeline changes.
It would be valuable to bring this same functionality to project templates—allowing each task’s due date to be defined as a set number of days before or after the project due date. Perhaps its deciding how many days before/ after both start and due date of project.
