Problem: Common actions (send message / email, view profile, create zoom call, etc.) require extra clicks/navigation.


Solution: Clicking a user avatar opens a small popover with quick actions (Message, Email, View profile, Copy email, Create Zoom call, etc).
 Additionally, add this for @Mentions. Should work across the whole app.

Value: Speeds up collaboration and reduces friction across the app.
