I need to send a fully automated email that includes a list of overdue actions, not just a link to a summary view or dashboard. Currently, the workflow allows Buzz to generate the content but only saves it as a draft, and the 'Send an email' step can't pull in the dynamic list of actions. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows the workflow to send a fully automated email with the content generated by Buzz.

Erica, this is now available through Deadline digest in Workflows. Choose “On schedule” → “Deadline digest” → “Overdue only”, then set the projects, lookback period and recipients.
The workflow sends the overdue action list directly in the email body, with links to each action. I tested it today and confirmed delivery to my inbox without a manual send step.
