Right now webhooks can be created but cannot be listed. If you don't store your creation response, you have no way of identifying an existing webhook leading to potentially all kinds of unexpected behavior.

We want a way to help us manage our existing webhooks by getting access to a GET method to retrieve all of our workspace's existing webhooks.
