With work schedules becoming more flexible and remote work becoming the norm, it would be incredibly useful if users could set their own work hours, both on a regular basis and with the flexibility to adjust them weekly if needed.

Additionally, all users should be able to view their colleagues' availability in a calendar-like dashboard, making collaboration and scheduling more efficient.
