Allow filtering by actions with no dates assigned

One of the "holes" in the workflow is if you forget to assign an action to a specific point on the timeline (meaning no resources are allocated to it, and it never appears on an overdue report). It would be great to be able to get a list of "actions with no start date or end date" on a dashboard.

It would be helpful to have a report or dashboard metric that counts actions and sub-actions that do not have a start date or end date. Currently there isn’t a built‑in way to see a total count of tasks missing these fields, which makes it difficult to quickly audit projects for incomplete scheduling. A report or pivot value that counts actions where Start Date or Due Date is blank would make project planning and quality checks much easier.
