Allow descriptions in action cards to be collapsed or extended

Our request forms could become very long. Would be great if using the HEADER fields in the forms we could collapse or extend the description under that HEADER inthe action card.

Hi! I think collapsable sections would be really useful. I would like to add that visual dividers would help setup a solid visual hierarchy and allow users to scan sections or groups of related data quickly. Right now it feels like information overload and it's entering endless scroll territory. Especially when you start adding attachments. Even colored sections would help. Please see attachment as a sample.
