When using the Proofing and Approvals application, external users are not sure if the feedback was submitted successfully. I think a message to the external users will help them know that the feedback was submitted.

Currently, when an external approver clicks an approval decision, nothing happens to confirm to them that their decision has been recorded or sent. Just as they get an email that a proof is ready, they should receive one when their proofing at this stage is done and assure them that their decision has been recorded.
