Add Unread Comments Column to Table View

It would be super helpful to have an unread comments column in table view, that either had the comment itself, or even just a check mark that there is an unread comment.

I love this! I did this in another program and yes, even just something showing that there ARE notes would make our lives so much easier. I think all of the comments should be kept (to keep track of what's happening), but just the signifier in Table View would be a game changer.

Since it may not be practical to show all comments, I'd like to see a column in the Table View that displays the most recent 3 comments - whether read or unread. (I don't mean to change or minimize the original request - the other requests similar to this one were apparently folded into this request.)

This help users know which comments have action cards. In addition, when exporting information from table view the data from the comments could also be exported.

This would be very helpful for my team. We use comments as timestamped project updates to action cards. If a column could include unread or most recent comment on an action in the table view, that would make the table view into a much more useful reporting tool.
