Problem:
When an action is linked into multiple projects, it’s hard to audit where it appears. Today you generally have to open each action card (or click into link UI) to see its linked locations, which is slow when reviewing a project view/table.
Request:
Add a "Linked projects" column (or similar) that can be added to action table views so users can quickly see all projects an action is linked to.
Suggested behavior:
  • Column displays a list of linked projects (including the primary project and any additional linked projects, or alternatively only "other linked projects" depending on UX).
  • Values are clickable, taking you to the linked project (or opening a popover listing all linked projects).
  • Works in project action views (Team/Table), and ideally Home/All Actions list views as well.
  • Supports sorting and filtering (ex: filter = "has linked projects", filter by specific linked project).
Why this helps:
  • Faster auditing of action placement across projects
  • Reduces duplicate work and confusion about where a task is being tracked
  • Helps admins and PMs validate linking hygiene
