One big piece missing for us is integration with Microsoft Azure AD/Entra for a IAM source for single sign-on options.

We use security groups to determine who has access (i.e. license) to our platforms. Some of these platforms are on-prem and others are SaaS cloud hosted platforms (like Hive :) ). Having the ability to manage access via our existing policies and procedures would be huge!
