Add Custom Fields as an Option in Workflows

I realize this is a major wish list item and might not even be possible, but dare to dream, right? It would be amazing if there was a way to create a workflow that was triggered based on the input of a specific custom field.

Please add a trigger option for the Workflows app for " When 'Custom Field Is". I'd like this option so that Buzz can update other parts of the action automatically when someone fills out or changes a custom field value. There is no direct way to do this without some workarounds.
Another option would be "When Action Card is Updated," as that should capture custom field edits/updates.
