Add Action Card Title to Action Title Bar

This feature will improve the action card experience by avoiding the need to scroll up and down when you're reviewing comments, sub actions, labels, etc. that are further down the action card. I can't tell you how many times I had to scroll up and down to remember which action card I'm viewing. Thank you!

The top bar of activity cards has the activity ID, but not the activity Title. It would be good to have the activity Title in the top colored bar, because when you scroll down the card, you lose the Title of the activity. This is especially noticeable when screensharing in meetings that the people following your screenshare do not know what activity is being discussed because you have scrolled down the card and the activity Title is no longer showing

Note that the title of this request is misleading. The screenshot suggests that the action card title should be in the action card top bar.
