Add an explicit Save button to the Dashboards Sharing page so permission changes are not applied immediately.
Without a Save button, users can accidentally change sharing permissions with a misclick, potentially removing dashboard access for themselves or others. Changes should only take effect after the user intentionally clicks Save.
