Currently, if time tracking is enabled, Action cards have a handy "Add time" button which saves time from users having to click 3-4 times to expand an Action's "Time-tracking" section so they can easily add time.

Setting an "Estimate" is common but still requires multiple clicks and isn't as obvious.

For newer users, it's also not obvious how to add estimates.

Suggestion: create a top-level "Add estimate" button which allows you to easily set an initial estimate on an Action. It can prompt a popover to set simple estimates, or just auto expand the section and focus the 'estimate' input.
