It is disheartening to receive my "accomplishment" emails recapping the week prior to the end of my work week. Getting them at 4 pm on a Friday when I typically work until 5 pm means I accomplish tasks that do not factor into the "here's what you did" email. It makes me want to quit early and is entirely de-motivating.
