We need the ability to view Team Actions in the Resourcing app to properly forecast production capacity. Our new workflow relies on team-based task assignments, where tasks are initially assigned to the Production Team rather than individuals. Team members self-assign tasks based on availability, but without visibility in Resourcing, we lack insight into workload distribution. Adding Team Actions to Resourcing will improve capacity planning and ensure tasks are properly staffed.
