Ability to set default custom fields on all projects

It would be helpful to be able to set up certain custom fields as default on all new projects instead of having to manually add them.

Problem: Project custom fields need to be re-applied or bulk-enabled when new projects are created, which creates repeated setup work and inconsistent project metadata.
Request: Allow workspace admins to define project custom fields that automatically apply to new projects, including projects created from templates.
Example: A team that uses project-level fields for links, identifiers, or reference information should not need to manually enable the same fields every time a new project is created.
