Ability to keep time entry sheet always sorted alphabetically

I'm frequently logging time on the main time entry sheet and often juggle at least a dozen different client projects in a week. The default sorting mode on the time entry sheet can make it hard for me to find the project I'm looking for and can interrupt my workflow. I'm not sure if it's sorting by recency or the amount of time logged, but the result is that when I revise a time entry directly from the sheet (without clicking into the action card), that row will often disappear and jump to the bottom. This is confusing and frustrating.
I can set it to sort my entries alphabetically by project, but it won't stay that way if I leave the time sheet and come back, or switch to a different week. I would like the option to keep the sort always applied, so I don't have to constantly re-toggle the alphabetical option.
