Currently, there isn't a way to hide/archive a form. Sometimes workspace might create forms as template and doesn't need it to be shown to all members.

Currently forms are either live or they can be deleted. There needs to be a way to keep the form (for later use) but not have live all of the time. In the case of form submission deadlines it would be great to be able to toggle the form on and off.

Yes, we need to deactivate forms but would like to archive them in case we want to reactivate them or build new forms from them at a later date.

There also needs to be a better option for editing permissions - all or owner only is not reasonable operationally. Forms may no longer be needed, but forcing to delete to remove access also is not reasonable - the format and content may be a useful starting point downstream, to avoid reinventing the wheel.
