Ability to hide Custom Fields from action cards based on certain parameters (label, etc)

This would give greater flexibility on using certain custom fields only in certain instances or if certain conditions are present.
A specific example: I have a list of custom fields that are only applicable to a project's subactions, but not the parent actions and having every custom field show on every card is too much information, especially when half of the custom fields are blank.
