Ability to customize when a user gets notified about due action

It would be great if a user can customize this to their desired time.
Right now it's 15 minutes but it would be great if a user can change this to 24 hours.

It would be amazing if there was a general setting where users can determine when and how often they want to be notified about an upcoming due date:
30 days before the due date +
14 days before the due date +
7 days before the due date +
3 days before the due date
