Implement the ability to configure the size of the text/font displayed by Hive via a 'global setting'.

Based on screen resolutions or computing form factor (laptop vs. desktop), the ability to enlarge or reduce the text/font size across the application will allow for users to be able to view more or less of the different Dashboards based on their preferences.

Additionally, this would fall into alignment with ADA Design Requirements. While I understand the ability for 'Hover Text' does exist to address a portion of the ADA Requirements, that is only one of the many options needed to be in full compliance.
