Ability to alphabetize custom field dropdown options

When creating a large list of drop down options for a 'select' type custom field, it can become tedious to have to try and drag them around one by one to be in the correct order. Otherwise you have to scroll for the whole list looking for the value you want to select.

As new options get added to a dropdown custom field there is no sorting other than the order in which they're added. However, this should be optional, as there are use cases where custom sorting is needed.
