Please allow AND/OR logic to filters in Dashboard.
This will be helpful if a user only wants to see actions that have A label AND B label.

This would be incredibly useful for dashboards and many other views! We really need the ability to filter by:
- has label A AND B
- has label A or B (seems to currently be only option)
- has label A BUT NOT B
