When I create an action, assign it to someone and then make it private, I lose access — which happens quite regularly by mistake.

The action should not be assigned to me because I do not have to complete it. Not everyone needs to see it, it so it should be private.

But there should still be a way for project owners / admins to keep an eye on such actions.
