Ability for action durations and predecessors to transfer without a Project Level due date present on the template or copied project
complete

Often when applying a template or copying a project to a new project, it can be easy to forget that the copied project and the new project must have a project level due date so the action durations, predecessors, and dates do not transfer forward.
This leads to rework to remove the incomplete actions, make the changes, and then reapply the template/copied project.

Project Template Includes Duration & Dates

I set up an elaborate project template with actions spanning multiple weeks, all plotted out along a gantt timeline relative to each other. But when I attempt to create a new project from that template, all the durations and dates are erased-- I get the task list but I end up needing to recreate the durations and date relationships. I tried solving the problem with action templates, but action templates do not allow me to preserve labels (for subactions).
