Users can now choose to send an email through Workflows. This allows teams to notify others of actions in Hive (action card edits, status changes, etc.) without having to manually send an email.
In Workflows, there is now an option to 'Send an email'. Once selected, users will be prompted to specify:
- Email subject
- Body text
- Link to action or project link (link does not apply to 'scheduled' workflows)
When the Workflow meets the criteria, an email from updates@notifications.hive.com will be sent to the applicable email address(es).
