Workflows: Ability to update due date of an action card

You can now use Workflows to automatically update an action card’s due date when a specific trigger occurs — like marking it “Completed.” This is especially useful for teams using auto-scheduling who treat the due date as the task’s end date.When triggered, the due date is set to today (with optional +/- day offsets), helping auto-scheduled dependencies adjust earlier.

To turn this on for your workspace, head to Workflow Builder. There are now options to “Set due date” under the “Then” step. Updates follow existing date logic, are logged in activity, and skip non-editable due dates.
