Mark action attachments as AI Proofing guidelines to use the same reference material for reviews on an action and all its subactions. Attachments you haven’t marked continue to work as before.
You can also use SharePoint and OneDrive folders as guidelines for actions and projects, including Word and Excel references in nested folders. Changed Microsoft content is refreshed before reviews to keep the reference material current.
