Cells without a timesheet show an info icon with the explanation “No timesheet data for this period.” For top-level User rows, pivots include eligible workspace users even when they logged no time. User, team, and tag filters still apply. No-time users are not added to nested User groupings or charts, and no-data cells are excluded from row totals.
Who it helps:
Managers and workspace admins reviewing timesheet status can spot missing submissions, including for people who have not logged time in the period, without confusing missing data with a saved Unsubmitted timesheet.Where to find it
: Go to Dashboards, add or edit a Pivot table, set Report on to Time, group rows by User, and add Timesheet status under Values.
