Previously, uploaded video proofs could only be organized by when a note was made, not video timecode. To make it easier for teams who utilize Proofing & Approvals to edit videos, we've changed the sort order to list by timecode (time uploaded).
The sort order is now consistent with the time of the downloaded version of the proof.
