We've heard from Hive users around the world that they love the "Reminder" button for external approvers -- it helps them remind clients of outstanding items without having to send a manual email or chat.
Because of the use of this feature, we've extended the capability to also send reminder emails to internal Hive users. The functionality and location of the button is the same, but will not show up for internal approval requests.
