App Workflows can now post a configurable message to a selected Slack channel. Templates support standard action details and project custom field tokens, so workflow posts can include values such as send dates, links, and campaign metadata when an action changes status.
In App Workflows, add the Post to Slack operation, choose a channel, and configure the message template. Posts use the workflow owner's connected Slack account.
This helps operations and communications teams send consistent, data-rich updates automatically without recreating the message by hand each time.
