Collect structured information without leaving the action that needs it. An action-card workflow button can open a configured Hive Form in a full-screen modal, prefilled with the action's title, project, custom fields, or other supported mappings.
The workflow continues after submission. Closing the form runs nothing, and submitted actions can be created as subactions of the original action. Opening forms from mobile workflow buttons is not included in this change.
Where to find it:
Add the Open form operation to a button-triggered workflow, select the form, and configure prefilling and subaction creation. Users then open it from the action's workflow button.Who it helps:
