If you’ve never set goals before or typically track them in a spreadsheet, this app is for you. And if your OKRs and KPIs live across multiple business tools, we can guarantee that Goals will make the tracking and execution of strategic plans 10x easier.
Goals is now available to everyone in a free 90-day beta. Access Goals by clicking here or navigating to Apps -> Premium Apps and toggle on Goals.
To get started, you can track your progress based on completed actions, status of subgoals or numerical values. The first two will be updated automatically, the latter you can update manually or connect to another performance tracking tool for updates in real time.
Goals can be assigned to an individual or multiple owners, and they can be visible to everyone, shared with specific people or private.
A wide range of timeline options are available for goals. Your goals can have an end date (month, quarter, year or custom), be recurring or ongoing - where a goal is active for an indefinite amount of time.
