Filter Goals widgets by project

Goals list widgets can now filter goals by associated project, including a dynamic current-project option for project dashboard templates.

To access, add or edit a Goals list widget in a dashboard, choose filter mode, then filter by a specific project or use the current-project option when building project dashboard templates.

This helps PMO, operations, and leadership teams create reusable dashboards where each project automatically shows the goals tied to that project. Existing owner, status, and manual goal selection filters continue to work as before.
