To allow for a clearer view of active projects, due dates now have the option to be automatically removed when a user updates an action card status to 'On Hold' (either from a Workflow button or done manually).
There is now a workflow option to 'Remove due date' to allow users to set up the following workflow: "In [project] when status changes to 'On Hold' then 'remove due date'". When this is set up and the conditions for the workflow are met, the action card dates are removed.
To edit or create custom workflows, find the "Workflows" app in the Hive App Library.
