Turn a pasted list into separate Tables records instead of adding rows one at a time. Pasting multi-line text into an editable record-name field offers a choice to keep it in one record or create a record for each non-empty line.
Choosing multiple records preserves an existing source record. Cancel leaves the records unchanged, and a paste above the 500-record limit receives feedback rather than silently dropping lines.

Where to find it:
Paste a multi-line list into the primary text, or record-name, cell in Tables, then choose the multiple-record option.Who it helps:
Teams bringing lists into Tables can create a set of named records in one interaction without manually adding each row.
