Keep your approval template library organized without losing important workflows.
You can now archive approval templates that are no longer needed for active approvals. Archived templates are removed from active template selections but remain available in a dedicated Archived view.
When you need one again, simply reinstate it and continue using the original template configuration, including its approval stages and approvers.
