We've totally revamped our video proofing functionality for a more intuitive proofing process. For video proofing and approvals, you'll now have extensive options and a more streamlined experience.
In video proofing, you can now:
- Add a note, free text, or a callout
- Approve, reject, cancel, or complete comments attached to a specific time stamp
- Sort comments by timecode, position, time, status, author, or type
- Insert standard and custom stamps
- Search comments
Additionally, external approvers will now be able to sign off on a video proof. Invite them to approve the proof by adding their email in the "add external approver" section.
Note: If you've previously uploaded a video proof in our old editing format, simply re-upload to access the updated proofing process.
