Ability to change work week to Monday - Thursday

For the lucky teams who have switched over to a Monday - Thursday work week, we've added the ability to have your workspace reflect this.

In Workspace Settings, the "Working week" dropdown now has a Monday - Thursday option.

This will affect action time estimates that overlap. This may cause invalid time entries, but no estimate data will be removed.
