Why not both? Previously, actions could only be assigned to placeholders or regular members. Now, you can now assign an action to a placeholder
and
a regular member simultaneously. This is helpful for contingent or unfinished actions.When selecting multiple assignees, the option to "Use placeholders" will be available.
