Not all of our clients have the same rates per hour. Would love to be able to select the rate card from a drop down and not have just one rate card and have to manually override per person their rate.

This is very, very important. Without it, we would need to export hours out of Hive to do accurate financial/project reporting. Some clients also have the ability to audit, and their own head hour rates (eg. by role) are written into contracts.
