Outlook is a much richer email client than Hive (no offensive). It would be great if Hive had an add-in for Outlook 365 that allow users to send an email action to Hive which would create a task in a Project (like most of the other PM base tools have). Thanks so much

It would be great if there was an option on the action cards, that when setting a date you could tick "make this the start/end date for the entire project". Otherwise team members must change dates in multiple places within the project.

Hi Team Hive, This is coming out as a feature requested by the teams to have the ability to get notification/alerts on their Skype whenever someone @mentions them in Hive - Skype is our central communication system for all work related matters so If we can somehow get this integrated in Hive it would boost team's productivity big time. Description Would love to have the ability to have the yellow color on the due date populate say 3 days before or 5 days before deadline for certain actions instead of one day before. Scenarios / Pain points I have 60 actions right now with the majority of them due on the 31st. Some of them are simple actions such as 'send email to x person', some require a few days of work. Would be great if I could have the yellow color on the due date appear a few days earlier for certain actions based on length. Note that I don't really use the start date feature on action cards which is a workaround (albeit not ideal)

Please add an UNDO function - I just selected a task as finished by accident. A simple undo function would be helpful (not only there but in general).

It would be great if a user can use fields like ({action_title}, {assignee_first_name}, {action_duedate}, etc) to populate an email sent using Workflows.

If newly added projects would auto populate into portfolio view, and then if we could separate out by our own priority to keep what we need to view (for example, for the upcoming week or two) towards the top of the view, that would be great. Each week I seem to have to add everything (because the titles are abbreviated) and then go line by line to hide projects that no longer need to remain in my particular portfolio view.

Having workflow buttons trigger Hive Automate recipes would open up a lot of possible use cases.
