I have 7 resourcing preset views open in individual tabs that I need to access throughout the day to determine capacity. These tabs constantly reset to one preset throughout the day and I am having to go 5 clicks deep into configure/preset/preset select/type preset name/select preset to reopen the other views I need. I spend about 20 mins a day doing this. Please can you fix this. A few reasons cause it. Opening a new preset, random Hive refreshing, targeted refreshing when a new req has been added and is not yet visible. Also as an aside please can we add the preset button back to the resourcing view and not buried in configure. Cheers

Can we have the action cards flagged when we have a notification as we have it for completion. So that we don't miss any notification.

When putting in PTO in resourcing, allow for approval functionality. Ex: Every time a user puts in their PTO "request", their manager has to actually either approve or deny the request.

I need Hive to show the amount of time allocated vs. available for a resource, given the number of hours per day specified as a work day. When an action card gets assigned to a resource, Hive needs to deduct those hours from the planned time (for the days and hours allocated), so that the PM knows how many standard hours remain available. If an action card gets removed for that resource, the planned time needs to get increased on those dates by the respective hours previously allocated. This is how resource management in good PM tools works! Currently I have to do this manually and it's too time-consuming to manage, except for very small teams with few projects.

If someone enters a generic resource plan as a starting point for resource management, the Resourcing feature should adjust hours available for a resource as action cards get assigned. Currently the hours accumulate and I have to figure out how to manage this manually - not helpful. Automating this functionality moves this feature more towards true resource management.

When a project is archived, it deletes all of the people’s schedules for this project. This information can be used to track people’s time in the past.

When a placeholder is overallocated, there is not an easy way to split that assignment into multiple FTEs/real assignees.

Problem: Resourcing filters reset when users return to the view; leads re-apply the same team/person filters every visit. Request: Save filter state per user on Resourcing so each person's last-used filters persist. Use case: A resourcing lead filters to their design team daily — they shouldn't have to rebuild that filter each time.

It would be great to have the option to view any actions with a start/end date in the resourcing app - even those with a 0-hour estimate. the resourcing app is my home base, but sometimes we do not have an hour estimate yet for actions. I have to add a 1-hour estimate to every action so that it can stay on my radar (Aka the resourcing app).... it's both an added click and frankly, sometimes a thing I forget. I could see this as a filter option -"Show 0 hour actions" or something to that effect. thanks!
