Feature Requests

Allow animated GIFs to play in the proofing area. In current state, uploading a GIF converts it to PDF (proofing version).

The annotating features for reviewing and approving proofs is not easy to use on a mobile device. The tools are all too small and the comment bar takes up half of the screen once you make a first selection. Then, it's impossible to get back to the proof without making a bunch of annotations or exiting out of the page all together.

The Approval App only shows approvals by project. It would be great if there was a dashboard that shows all proofs awaiting approvals as we tend to have multiple proofs within a project so would be good to track the status of all of them.

It would be great if there was a feature where a user could gain stat on approval and action card details. Such as, Number of approval rounds/stages that have specific label, number of approval rounds/stages that was assigned to a user, etc.

Ability to customize the language on this button would be helpful for teams that have unique processes

It would be great feature to provide a proofer that can add an url to markup. A good example is https://www.markup.io .

This would save time as it requires additional clicks to change back to the hand tool each time

It's very confusing for our clients to get a random email from "Hive" when it is for them to proof a file for our company. There is nothing about our company on these emails and often it goes to the promo/spam. Can we please update/change this? Or allow a way for those emails to have our logo/company brand in the subject?

Can you please remove the "Request Approval" when a round has been submitted, reviewed and sent back to the submitter? This causes a lot of confusion and if changes are requested, that would move to a new submission. Not sure why there would be multiple stages in 1 round!
