Feature Requests

Currently, when you are setting up a Timeline view, you only have two options for "Group by". These are "Project" and "Project and Section". I would like to see more options for grouping such as Labels, Custom Fields, Assignee, Team, etc. Bonus feature: Add the ability to group by more than one option. Primary Group, Secondary Group. For example if you are creating a Content Calendar: Primary Group: Custom Field Department (Marketing, HR, Shipping...) Secondary Group: Label (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram...) P.S. I had to submit this Feature Request under "List View" as there is no option for "Timeline View"

Currently, List View does not have Expand All to show all subactions. Can we add Expand All feature?

Similar to public share link which exists for other views. Currently, it is not possible to share a public link of a list view directly from the project or as a summary view in list view format. Workaround = create a Dashboard with List View widgets & a public share link for the Dashboard.

Can we allow multi select in List View in case if users want to make multiple edits at once? Like - Mark Complete, Follow/Unfollow, Move, Add/remove label, etc

Would be amazing if we could add a workflow action that moves items through sections in List View once a trigger is hit.

It is really annoying to have to click a date and then click to confirm the date every time you set a start date and due date in List view (or any other view). It didn't use to be like this. We used to be able to select a date from the calendar, and it set the date in that one click. Can we change that feature back?

I would like to filter my list view by actions with No Date. There is a workaround using a random date and sorting but it is not ideal

Our CSM team uses Hive to track external (client) tasks and internal team tasks for onboarding - when we meet with customers it's confusing to screenshare the project because they see all of the internal tasks. We want a client view toggle so we can easily switch to this for customer calls and share our screen without worrying about exposing internal tasks or notes.

Could we add the ability to export list view as a PDF?
