Have a prompt appear to confirm that you want to turn an action into a subaction of another item when dragging in list view. Many of our team have accidentally dragged an action card in List View and inadvertently turned it into a subaction of an unrelated item. A prompt to confirm this is in fact what you intended to do would be helpful. For those who don't like the prompt, a "don't show this prompt again" button could be included.

As I have multiple sections with hundreds of actions, it would greatly improve my workflow if I were able to quickly collapse all/expand all actions in List View sections with either a keyboard shortcut or one click (both options would be nice).

We can change the priority in List view but to mark / unmark as urgent we need to open the action card.

Just as you can hide/show subactions in Kanban view, I'd like the option to hide/show subactions in the List view.

Our CSM team uses Hive to track external (client) tasks and internal team tasks for onboarding - when we meet with customers it's confusing to screenshare the project because they see all of the internal tasks. We want a client view toggle so we can easily switch to this for customer calls and share our screen without worrying about exposing internal tasks or notes.

Currently, List View does not have Expand All to show all subactions. Can we add Expand All feature?

There is the ability to show subactions even when Completed but all Actions that are Completed are hidden by default. We should be able to turn that on and off.

Can we allow multi select in List View in case if users want to make multiple edits at once? Like - Mark Complete, Follow/Unfollow, Move, Add/remove label, etc

I'd like to save some custom views as templates that can be used across multiple projects, so I can set my preferred views one time and use it on all my projects without having to create it from scratch every time. This is valid for all types of views, not only lists

Now we have estimates and time tracking, action cards with assigned time categories would be nice to see in List View columns
